The nearest highway from the beach is MacArthur Highway. It will brings you to Davao City in the east or to Toril, General Santos City, and Cotabato City in the west. There is also Davao-Bukidnon Road nearby which will lead you to Malaybalay and Cagayan de Oro in the north.  

To the east of the beach is the entry point of Davao Coastal Road which ends at the intersection of J.P. Laurel Ave., R. Castillo St., and Daang Maharilka Highway. It also ends near the entry points of a newly commercial district of Azuela Cove as well as the future Davao-Samal Bridge in the same area.

To the west of the beach is the proposed entry point of Davao Expressway in front of Davao Doctors Hospital (satellite) in Dumoy beside Bago Aplaya. It connects all the way to interchange in the north of Ma-a near the future Davao station of Mindanao Railway. The Davao Expressway interchange then branches out from Ma-a to Buhangin including Davao International Airport in the east and also to Bucana near Davao City Hall to connect with Davao Coastal Road in the south.

To the north of the beach near Mintal and University of the Philippines Mindanao is Davao Bypass Road. It connects between Davao-Digos section of the Pan Philippine Highway in Toril to Davao-Agusan National Highway in Panabo City.

And finally, to the south of the beach is the unobstructed sea of Davao Gulf. This grant you access to all seaports of Mindanao or anywhere in the archipelago by boat.
